Yes, you can! The image below shows how to connect a standard IcePod with a single drain valve to your water chiller:
Simply attach the inlet hose to the filter side of the chiller (where water enters) and hang the outlet hose (where the water exits) over the edge of the IcePod. This setup works perfectly with a single-valve IcePod, so you don’t need two drain valves.
This is a great option if you’re starting with a standard IcePod to try cold water therapy, and want the flexibility to add a chiller later.
If you do plan to use a chiller regularly, we recommend considering the IcePod PRO or LongPod. These models come with two drain valves, making chiller connections easier and more convenient.
