What are your return and refund policy rules for the IcePod?Updated 4 hours ago

We offer a 30-day return policy across the EU, giving you plenty of time to see if the IcePod is right for you. To be eligible for a return, the IcePod must be unused, in new condition, and include all original parts.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for IcePods that have been filled with water. You’re welcome to unpack and inspect the IcePod without adding water to ensure it meets your expectations.

To start a return, simply get in touch with our customer support team, and they’ll guide you through the process. While return postage costs aren’t covered, we will issue a full refund once the IcePod has been inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
