If your IcePod’s top ring starts losing air straight after inflation, it’s often because the escape vent hasn’t been fitted correctly. Please check the image provided for guidance on adjusting the vent.

Once you’ve made the adjustment, inflate the top ring again. Our hand pump is designed so it won’t over-inflate, so you can pump until it’s firm without worrying.
