Why is my IcePod’s top ring deformed or squared instead of round?

If your top ring looks squared or misshapen, it’s usually because it’s been pushed inside the IcePod.

Here’s how to get it back into shape:

1. Gently pull the top ring – Without deflating, lightly pull the top ring upwards and back into place. Often, this small adjustment is all that’s needed.

2. Deflate and refold – If the first step doesn’t work, fully deflate the top ring, fold it upwards and outwards, then inflate it again.

3. Inflate correctly – Use the hand pump to inflate the top ring, making sure the air vent is positioned as shown in the image below. Pump until most wrinkles disappear. Our hand pump won’t over-inflate, so you can go until it’s firm.

4. Fill with water – If the ring still isn’t perfectly round, fill the IcePod with water. The water pressure should help it form correctly.

If the ring still won’t hold its shape, there may be a defect. Please send us a short video showing you inflating the top ring as described above to [email protected], and we’ll arrange a replacement if necessary.
